How do I remove ads?

Tap the "Remove Ads" button in the app. It's a one-time purchase that permanently removes all ads. After purchasing, no ads will ever appear — even if you delete and reinstall the app, as long as you restore purchases.

I bought Remove Ads but they're showing again after reinstalling. How do I restore my purchase?

Tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings or menu. This will check your App Store purchase history and re-apply your Remove Ads purchase at no charge. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased.

I was charged but the purchase didn't go through. What do I do?

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we don't handle payments directly. If you were charged but didn't receive your purchase, please first try "Restore Purchases" in the app. If that doesn't resolve it, you can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You're also welcome to email us and we'll help however we can.

The app crashed or isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app — your Remove Ads purchase can always be restored for free. If you're still having trouble, please email us at matthew@esbrolabs.com and describe what happened. Screenshots are always helpful.

How do I turn off ad tracking?

When you first open the app, you'll see a prompt asking whether to allow ad tracking. You can tap "Ask App Not to Track" to opt out of personalized ads. You can also change this at any time in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and toggle off Esbro Labs apps. Non-personalized ads may still appear in the free version.

Do your apps work offline?

Yes. All of our games work fully offline. No internet connection is required to play. An internet connection may be needed to load ads in the free version, but gameplay itself never requires connectivity.
